- 4 eggs
- 4 pieces of bread
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- 1 can of creamed corn
- 4 slices of ham (diced)
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Cut the crusts off each piece of bread and push them into muffin tin molds.
- Mix together the grated cheese, creamed corn and diced ham, then spoon the mixture into each bread basket.
- Crack an egg on top of each basket and put in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the egg is cooked. Then enjoy!
