- 4 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into chunks
- ¼ cup of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- ½ cup of water
Caramelised Kiwifruit Kebabs!
- Thread the kiwifruit chunks onto skewers.
- Heat the water, butter and sugar in a pan on a low heat and stir until the sugar has melted.
- Put the kebabs in the pan and turn them to coat in the caramel – cook for about 10 minutes or until golden brown, turning every now and then so the caramel doesn’t burn.
- Makes about 4 skewers. Enjoy!
