Ingredients

  • 1 cup muesli
  • 4 tbsp wheatgerm
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 1-2 tbsp milk
  • ½ cup dessicated coconut

Cereal Balls!

  1. Place muesli and raisins in the blender and process for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the honey and peanut butter and process for a further 30 seconds.
  3. Roll mixture into a ball, if it doesn’t stay together slowly add a tbsp. or two of milk until you are able to roll it into a ball.
  4. Roll in coconut and bon appetite!

    I made cereal balls for my family but I didn’t want to put peanut butter in it as I don’t like it.Instead of raisins I used
