Paint Chip Calendar!

  1. Open up your frame and take out the paper insert. You could use the back side of this as the background for your calendar.
  2. Grab your paint charts and cut out 35 squares – whatever colours you want! Lay them out evenly on your blank page. It might help to use a pencil and ruler to mark them all evenly. Arrange these so there are 7 horizontally and 5 vertically (5 for each day of the week!) Make sure you cut some small extra chips so you can write the names of the days on them.
  3. Glue down all of the chips and place your calendar back inside its frame.
  4. Finally, take your whiteboard marker and label your calendar. The glass acts like a whiteboard so you can erase the writing at the end of your month. That way you can change it each month and reuse it again and again!

What You Need:

  • A frame (12” x 16”)
  • 35 paint chips (of different colours)
  • Whiteboard Marker
  • Paper
  • Glue
  • Scissors
