- 4 wholemeal wraps
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of tomato salsa
- 2 capsicums, diced
- 1 cup of shredded chicken
- Whisk your eggs in a bowl.
- Heat a pan on medium on the stove and put the eggs into the pan. Cook the eggs for about 5 minutes, stir constantly to scramble.
- Lay out the wraps and spread a tablespoon of salsa evenly onto each one, coating to the edges.
- Place scrambled egg, capsicum and shredded chicken in the middle of each wrap and roll into a tight burrito.
