• 4 wholemeal wraps
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of tomato salsa
  • 2 capsicums, diced
  • 1 cup of shredded chicken

Breakfast Burrito!

  1. Whisk your eggs in a bowl.
  2. Heat a pan on medium on the stove and put the eggs into the pan. Cook the eggs for about 5 minutes, stir constantly to scramble.
  3. Lay out the wraps and spread a tablespoon of salsa evenly onto each one, coating to the edges.
  4. Place scrambled egg, capsicum and shredded chicken in the middle of each wrap and roll into a tight burrito.
