• 4 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • ½ cup of water

Caramelised Kiwifruit Kebabs!

  1. Thread the kiwifruit chunks onto skewers.
  2. Heat the water, butter and sugar in a pan on a low heat and stir until the sugar has melted.
  3. Put the kebabs in the pan and turn them to coat in the caramel – cook for about 10 minutes or until golden brown, turning every now and then so the caramel doesn’t burn.
  4. Makes about 4 skewers. Enjoy!
